The technology is increasing with the passage of time the new discoveries are the requirements of time the world has expected new thing. The body parts are constructed in Laboratories under the expert in that field, that body part is actually like some device or machine that is programmed for specific purpose for example artificial hand is constructed to act like a hand that would not be actual hand but that artificial hand would give same result as original hand. A competent doctor in that field would install that artificial part of body in the body of a human .
