As the Motorola company made first mobile phone in 1973 that mobile phone was simple just for calling purpose. That mobile phones had no property to catch any moment from life and save that moment. To catch a moment of the life camera phones invented. A simplest camera phone is shown in following picture

Everything requires changes so with requirements or correctly saying that was the need of time because necessity is the mother of invention there came a revolution in the industry of mobile phones that they worked on the camera of mobile phone and the change the result of camera phone that everyone loved that change.
Revolution in the field of Technology did not stop this is the result of their struggle that now virtual reality can we made by the camera that can cover the image from 360 angle.
At that time only the back camera of mobile phone was discovered but as per the need of people front camera in mobile phones are introduced now. In 2003 many companies released their mobile phones with front facing camera for example in 2003 sony Ericsson z1010 was introduced with the front camera. And by the Apple company iPhone 4 was also introduced with the front camera. Front camera used for the selfie, now a days there is a craze of selfies in young generation.
4K videos are also introduced nowadays this is also because of the technology they worked hard and they took The camera of mobile phone to the height that now videos with 720 p and 1080 p can also be made buy the camera of mobile phone.
